Not that I use Skype myself and thus don't care that much about such a feature, but if the persocom is to have speech recognition sometime in the future - maybe it should be able to run Skype on voice command and can also call your friends?

Owner: "<Persocom's name>, call Marcus for me please."
Persocom: "Calling!"

Yes, why not? I self don't use Skype, but i know that you can call somebody over skype over a external program. So its no problem to realize this with speech recognition.

The biggest problem will still be the speech recognition itself.
