I was refering to changing Chii's stance (lying to sitting) as well as shirt color.

Why does it only say Chii?

No, she only say "Chii" and different greetings depending on daytime, thats because its the original voice from the Anime (exactly from a Chobits Soundtrack) and so its limited.
